you're probabbly sitting there saying "okay...what is going on here?!" well i'll tell you. ~BluChaotic requested that i draw a picture of ariel from the little mermaid. and there is oodles and oodles of ariel fanart on DA, so i wanted to do something a little different...
okay so.. (if you've seen the movie maybe you can relate?) i was kind of curious what happens to ariel's dress when she dives into the water off of the wedding ship.. cuz she dives in and comes up in her usual mermaid getup..? and i know she was in a different dress in the movie, but i like this dress! XP and in this picture she's more falling than diving...... but whatever!! artistic licence! ANYWAY! my guess is that the dress dissapears with lots of sparkly, disney magic.. (or it disolves (sp?) because it was made out of paper or sugar or something?) XD haha. sorry blu, hope you still like it, even if it isn't your typical pretty princess picture. ^^ for  for placing second in my contest. photoshop: 5+ hours |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.  reports, 1d 20h agoThis newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and *Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. |
